Reinstate Schedule F – Drain the Deep State
Reinstate and aggressively use Schedule F to reclassify and remove unaccountable deep state bureaucrats who undermine elected leadership and the will of the people.
The Problem
An unelected, unaccountable bureaucracy — the 'deep state' — has accumulated enormous power within the federal government. Career bureaucrats in policy-making positions actively resist and sabotage the agenda of elected officials, particularly conservative administrations. These officials cannot be fired despite insubordination, leaking classified information, and deliberately slow-walking presidential directives. The current civil service protections, designed to prevent political patronage, have been twisted into an impenetrable shield that protects incompetence, corruption, and political activism within the federal workforce. The result is a permanent government that serves itself rather than the American people.
The Resolution
“We the People demand the reinstatement and aggressive use of Schedule F to reclassify federal employees in policy-influencing positions, making them accountable and removable. The deep state must be dismantled. Federal employees who resist lawful presidential directives, engage in political activism on the job, or leak classified information must be terminated immediately. The federal government must serve the people, not the other way around.”
