Large-Scale Deportation of Criminals & Recent Arrivals

Millions of illegal aliens reside in the United States, many having entered through deliberate policy choices that encouraged illegal immigration. Among them are violent criminals, gang members, and individuals who have committed serious crimes against American citizens. The catch-and-release policy has made a mockery of immigration law, with the vast majority of those released never appearing for their immigration hearings. American citizens are the victims — murdered, assaulted, and victimized by individuals who should never have been in the country. The current situation is unsustainable and unjust to both American citizens and legal immigrants who followed the rules.

Interior enforcement must be surged with additional ICE agents and resources. Every illegal alien who has committed a crime in the United States must be detained, prosecuted where applicable, and deported. America is a nation of laws, and those laws must be enforced.”
