Complete the Border Wall & Declare Invasion

America's southern border is in crisis. Millions of illegal immigrants have poured across the border, including known terrorists, drug cartel members, human traffickers, and criminals. Fentanyl — the leading killer of Americans aged 18-45 — flows freely across the unsecured border. Border Patrol agents are overwhelmed and have been reduced to processing centers rather than enforcement. The border wall construction was halted for political reasons despite its proven effectiveness in every sector where it was completed. Meanwhile, American communities bear the costs of illegal immigration in crime, overwhelmed schools and hospitals, depressed wages, and strained social services.

“We the People demand the immediate completion of the southern border wall along its entire length, using every available resource including military construction. We further call on state governors and the federal government to officially declare the border incursion an invasion under Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, authorizing the use of military force to repel it. Our national sovereignty and the safety of American citizens demand nothing less.”
